Website's are designed to suit the latest versions of the following browsers: Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Mozilla’s Firefox, Apple’s Safari and Google’s Chrome

Website's purchased off Puafo Limited come with three months of free browser updates, if there is a new version of the following browsers, Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Mozilla’s Firefox, Apple’s Safari and Google’s Chrome Puafo Limited will ensure your site still works in the new release.

Website's purchased off Puafo Limited come with a three month warrenty

Website Hosting

Option one

Website hosting is purchased for a period of no less than 12 months and is paid in advance.

No refunds will be given if you choose to end the service prior to the 12 month period ending.

Option two

Website hosting is purchased for a period of no less than 1 month and is paid in advance.

No refunds will be given if you choose to end the service prior to the 1 month period ending.

Plans

250mb plan entitles you to 250Mb of data traffic a month and 250Mb of storage

500mb plan entitles you to 500Mb of data traffic a month and 500Mb of storage

1000mb plan entitles you to 1000Mb of data traffic a month and 1000Mb of storage

2000mb plan entitles you to 2000Mb of data traffic a month and 2000Mb of storage

3000mb plan entitles you to 3000Mb of data traffic a month and 3000Mb of storage

Additional storage: 75c per 5Mb over allowance.

Additional monthly traffic: 10c per 1Mb over allowance.

Puafo will not be held liable if for any reason beyond our control if your website is unavailable for viewing.

Domain Names

Domain Names are purchased for a period of no less than 12 months and are paid in advance.

No refunds will be given if you choose to end the service prior to the 12 month period ending.

Email Addresses

Email Addresses are purchased for a period of no less than 12 months and are paid in advance.

Email Addresses are purchased in blocks of 10 addresses.

An Email Address can have up to 10 alias.

No refunds will be given if you choose to end the service prior to the 12 month period ending.

Payment and Ownership

A 50% deposit is required prior to work commencing.

All goods remain the property of Puafo Limited until payment is received in full

Puafo Limited retain the right to re-use any designs or code from any website designed by Puafo Limited

Any effort to delete, amend or add to goods supplied by puafo limited will void any warranty offered and a service charge to correct may apply.

Errors and Faults

An invoice is required as proof of purchase for warranty purposes

Any errors found in work carried out by Puafo Limited within 3 months from date of issue of invoice will be corrected by Puafo Limited, after this a service charge to correct may apply
